WHAT I WORKED ON
My contributions in this cutting-edge environment were reflected in Tiivii, Cinfo’s flagship product, which redefines how live events are produced and broadcast. Below are some of the key solutions I helped bring to life:
Cloud-Based Event Production
I contributed to the development of a cloud-based remote production system, enabling operators to manage live event production from virtually anywhere. Fixed cameras installed in stadiums and venues transmit footage to a designated node in the cloud, where operators can manually control the production process, including camera switching, through an intuitive remote interface.
Virtual Camera System
I was deeply involved in the design and development of the virtual camera system, enabling high-resolution ultrapanoramic images to be dewarped into multiple independent low-latency video streams. This system, deployed in the cloud, allows operators to dynamically generate multiple outputs with customizable resolutions and profiles, tailored to various broadcasting requirements.
Multicamera Low-Latency System
I contributed to the development of a low-latency multicamera system designed to deliver seamless video streaming across different platforms. This solution supports both unicast and multicast configurations, offering flexibility for diverse broadcasting scenarios. It has been successfully used in high-profile events, such as the Goya Film Awards gala broadcast on TVE for HbbTV-enabled televisions, and in scalable web-based deployments for multicast streaming.
